I am trying to put transparent text over a drawing area. I set up a separate layer for the text, gave it a color and then set it for 50% transparency. It looks correct when I do my print preview, but when actual pdf is printed, it still looks too dark.
Am I missing something else here. I know Autocad had a dither command that was sometimes used.
