Draft sight stopped working on old computer. Program would not open, always crashed. I have a new computer. IT says I need to transfer subscription to new computer. Cancel old computer to install on new. I can not find the original purchase email. I do have a receipt of the purchase. I am having problems finding who to talk to or email about this issue.
