I tried to transfer from my old desktop the program to my laptop, a professional computer programmer did it for me. Now I find that the program is not installed in my new laptop and the old desk is disabled and donated. I used for few days a provisional version of the program but now is expired, I received the request to renew the subscription for another year but I have not the program in use on my laptop. What to do?
