Hi guys,

I have a laptop which was running licenced DS2019 until it completely failed a few weeks ago. I'm trying to transfer this licence, but cannot boot the old machine to use the "Move your product licence(s) to a new/upgraded machine" facility.

Is there anything else I can try?
