Hey. Old User New Member to this group! 

I'm trying to "autotrace" a plan that is a JPG. I click "Load,,," and then it tells me "Can't load profile because file is not accessible or has unsupported format." It's sitting on the desktop. The JPG was created from a PDF. I've tried all the other formats that DS is supposed to support. I've tried different files and even created one from scratch. Is there something I'm missing? Is there a FAQ you can point me to? Thanks!
