Each time I open a new or existing file in DraftSight, it resets all toolbars to default.  This happens even if I already have a drawing open.  I can drag the default toolbars to a different location and they stay in place, but any non-default toolbars disappear.  Any idea what's causing this?  I have tried saving as the default template as well.

Any assistance is appreciated.
