I just got a new laptop and downloaded the latest Draftsight. I prefer an older version, but I forgot to note which it was prior to changing laptops. Anyway, everytime I load Draftsight, the: Dimension, Display order, Entity Snap and Inquiry toolbars are missing. When I click to choose them , they reappear right where they should be. I have toolbars locked for both locations. Also, I can't get the "Draftsight News" to stop from showing, upon initial loading.
