I populate the Tool Matrix with favorite Tool Bars ... and when DraftSight is next opened the Tool Matrix is empty.  How do I properly save the Tool Matrix settings?  DraftSight Version >>  V1R3.1 x64.  Operating System >>  Windows 10.  Note: Previously working fine with Windows 7 and an older version of 32 bit DraftSight.
