Sorry to bore everyone with this topic, but it does seem to be a problem. I'm certainly having difficulty.

I have now reloaded the programme three times, the last time, the last remaing tollbar, ie the command bar has now failed to appear. I have right clicked everything possible with no joy.

When erasing the previous downloads I have cleared all associated files I could find. Tanvi--I tried to locate the Home button on my iMac but can't find any such button. I suspect the problem is my lack of computer skills--can anyone help?
