Installed the "free" version of DraftSight (2017 x 64 SP1)  on April 09, 2017.

Attempted to format a new drawing sheet with a B-size title block template (e.g. B-89987.dwg) selected from the Main Menu: Insert  or Reference Drawing.  The B-89987.dwg appears as a properly formatted title block but is constructed with an unexpected selection of magenta, green, and yellow line colors and includes a drawing of a rod. No attributes, including colors, of the title block can be changed. The only functions the title block template will respond to is move and delete. All title block template drawings in the aforementioned file locations behave this way. 

• Is this behavior a restriction of the "free" version of DraftSight?
• If not, how do I edit the available title block templates?
• Is there a resource within the DraftSight user community or web that offers title block templates?
