I am working with DraftSight 2015 x64 SP1. When I use EDITANNOTATION, I can edit text but when I press enter, most of the time, there is a box around the text. Even though the command bar shows that I can enter a new command, any new commands aren't acted upon. I have to refresh in order to clear the box around the text.
