I have a drawing of a building where I show some equipment symbols (blocks) with labels on them, everything looks fine in model space but when I look in paper space the labels (text) have shifted location.

In layer tools , I've selected "show all layers" , "thaw all layers", "Un-isolate all lawyers", I've even tried exploding the block but nothing has corrected this.

When I click on one to these blocks a grip appears at the CCS icon.

Any thoughts are appreciated.
