Thank you Ron for your help. Unfortunately I was far too hasty in my jubilation!

Using "^C" works fine when entering it manually in the command line, but when included in a script file, terminates the running of the script file as well!

I was hoping to find the equivalent for "ENTER", but have not succeeded yet.
