Tried to use chat-bot thru website but says only support is thru email only same thing with FAQs section. So I emailed, just a generic auto reply with still no reply or call 6 hours later? The software is crucial for our business and now having to pass workload off to compensate which slowing others down now. Horrible support and communication for buying multiple licenses and actually thinking to switching to solely DraftSight instead of competitor/s! Might not renew subscriptions now.
