Hi. Does anyone know what's wrong with the main 3ds website? I went there to look for support, but it was hopeless.

They say there is a Knowledge Base at https://www.3ds.com/support/knowledge-base/

But when you look there is nothing in it. Results: No document matched your search #ALL. Suggestions: Check the spelling of your terms. It's been like that for a few months.

There is some useful help here in this forum, but there is no obvious way to get here from the support page on the main site. Some improvement is needed, I think. HTH. Regards, Bob
