I have been a subscriber since 2016, I received notification today from cleverbridge that my subs were due on 1/6/2018. I duly paid & received my licence number. I put the licence number in the programme (copy & Paste) & it told me it failed. This has happened several times. I only use Draftsight on one computer & it has never been installed on any other. It now tells me I have 30 days left.
