I have several users that are stuck in a reactivate loop.  The software will not reactivate, after entering all information and selecting reactivate a small window pops up and asks to reactivate before using. I cannot open draftsite, nor can I select activate later. Things I have tried:

reactivate under another administrator account.

checked internet access

removed draftsite, reinstalled latest version

uninstalled, deleted all program files and registry keys, reinstalled.

checked spam and junk email folders for activation email, non found.

No proxy server exists on the network.

No windows firewall in operation.

Please don't refer me to some blog post about generic activation.  These reactivations are at the one year mark.  I have close to forty seats properly activated.
