Installed and used Draftsight since 8/8/2019. Recently had a pc auto update and Draftsight stopped working. I posted this issue the other day in this Draftsight community and was told to do a clean install. ??? What is that and how do I do a clean install? Why can't I speak directly with a technical support person from Draftsight??? Getting very frustrated with the lack of technical support. I have dwg. files I need to complete asap!
