standard vs. enterprise

Well starting to add standard licenses as required. I have purchased two so far but want to know if that makes the most sense.

I have a 7 network licenses of Solidworks premium/professional (due to economy only 4 being used...but still paying maintenance on all).....so wondering if I can get by with one enterprise license as Draftsight may only get used by one person at a time...or did i see you have to buy two enterprise licenses? Sure would be nice to have floating licenses tied into solidworks...and I don't need anything but Draftsight standard as we only use it for legacy drawings that dont get used much.

Not loving 2020 after one day of using it...odd behavior....weird pulldown menus showing up on other screens...couldnt get out of the properties painter command (doesnt escape cancel any command anymore?)

Kind of sucks having to shell out more money on top of the 13k annual cost we pay to Solidworks for something that used to be free to the general public (so why dont you include it with Solidworks then like you used to?) I am sure I am not the only one frustrated with this...when we are told to watch every dollar having to shell out even more money is frustrating.
