Something, like a scrawl, appears below the cursor. It acts as the main pointer, as it moves first, and the crosshair follows. I have checked all options and there is no way to remove it.

It does not appear in the screenshots, picture is attached.
It's very annoying.

What is this?
How can it be removed?
