On a drawing imported from acad, the linetype "continuous solid line" is not visible except when highlighted with cursor. 

I've tried changing layers, line color, background color to no effect.  When I change linetype to another type such as centerline, the line becomes visible.

Is there a way to adjust the definition of a linetype?  OR is there a better way to import an acad dwg to avoid this problem?
