I have a problem with hatch printing, which seems like a bug of Draftsight V1R3.1

When I use the PDF print with the new version of DraftSight, some of solid hatches print in a wrong way - not all hatch is printed out. This doesn't happen when I print to printer. Solid hatches created with V1R3 seem to print OK, but hatches created in V1R3.1 have this problem, but not all of them. I use linux version of DraftSight, but I reproduced the problem in Windows version too (it is less visible, but the problem is there too).

This happens when I use solid hatch pattern or fill.

I am including sample PDF and dwg files (the whole space between rectangles should be filled with solid hatch).
