Running a E5800 dual Pentium at 3.2 GHz, 4GB RAM, 512Gb hard drive and 1680 x 150 32 bit graphics. I have downloaded and installed the free software, but when the program starts it pops up the registration module, which if I fill in just hangs, if I choose  activate later, the Draftsight program starts displays the outer frame, a message box and then a windows message box pops up over that saying that the Draftsight program has stopped working. Clicking ok then causes the program to close.

I have downloaded the software twice and installed twice but still get the same problem. All other software is running normally on my pc

Suggestions? otherwise I look somewhere else
