Over a week ago I posted here about an issue with sheet tabs causing the program to crash. If I select a tab to move or copy, it crashes. If I try to make a new sheet from a template, nothing happens. After a week, I have received no response, and after emailing their support department, got one reply with a suggested fix. I wrote back to say it didn't work, and sent multiple followups, and have received no response for 2 days. 

Today, my files are suddenly laggy, and I can't select objects by clicking on them (they immediately unselect on their own). 

I have used Draftsight for years with very few problems, but since upgrading to 2019 I have nothing but issues. Since I cannot create sheets, it has essentially made the program worthless to me. 

I truly hope someone can respond to this and offer real support.
