Another question!

I seem to have inadvertantly turned off the function that allows a line that is to be drawn to sort of 'snap' to a horizontal or vertical plane before clicking to confirm an end point.

What do I need to do to turn this back on? It is probably something simple, but at the moment it is not obvious to me.
