Its driving me insane!  No matter what I set the Snap points to or set my grid spacing to...MY MOUSE WILL NOT SNAP TO GRID.

Has anyone else had this problem?  I'm using a rectangular grid with .25 spacing.  My Snap to grid is set to .03125.  Help?
