Can't snap to entities when in paper space that have a linetype other than solid when created in model space.

Example, in model space draw a line segment that has a linetype of solid, copy line or create another line with linetype hidden.

In paper space, can not snap to entity with hidden linetype or any other linetype except solid.

Did work fine in previous version of Draftsight.
