Earlier versions than V1R2 behaved (by default installation) such that cursor snapped to selected settings (i.e. as set for Horizontal and Vertical Snap Spacing). This assists with ensuring drawing elements are properly snapped to the required settings, etc.

My installation of V1R2 does not behave this way unless a 'Draw' or 'Modify' command selection is made first.

Is this deliberate system behaviour or is there a setting to select alternative behaviour?
