This function continuous to be fully random and strange ; for me.

I draw on a HP G72 windoxs 7 and DrafSight V1R1.3 since today.

I "new" with standard template.With layer 0, i type SKETCH , the layer window, of the layer toolbar, become grey.
I type 1 as record increment then left click where i want - in fact anywhere on layer 0. and the layer toolbar stay grey.
same issue with new layer

I get the same ossue with adrawing of my own.

From time to time i can draw but randomly.
