Sheet Template Confusion

I come to Draftsight from Autocad and like what I see in the model space.

However, I have to say the sheets space is somewhat tortuous and confusing.

I have search for hours on the web for assistance on creating sheet templates. Done literally dozens of Templates and blocks for templates according to these instructions and still find the same problem.

I create an A4 Border and Title block, block in Draftsight.

Save it into world blocks with WBlock and all appears to work fine.

I then open a new drawing from this template, stick in the block and it takes up a tiny portion of the sheet on the screen.

The only way I can print out drawings is to enlarge this screen, add the viewport and then print "Window" to the printer.

Surely there must be a way of creating a drawing template with the page border and drawing block template inplace similar to Autocad and then just inserting the veiwport/s and printing out the drawings, or am i wrong here?

Please help, as this is becoming a major hassle.
