How is the sheet size controlled in the layout view?  I am a long time AutoCad user of Paper Space / Model Space.  Right cliking on the desired sheet does not reveal any where to change the "default" sheet size.   The inability to control these sheet sizes, i.e. A Size, B Size, etc., limits the functionality of the program.
