The "custom scale" and "lock" options in properties window are not there for me like you can see from the second picture from Marks tutorial video? I am running 2017 but i would assume the options are still there?  Also under my dimension lines in my model i have to click on them and edit every time I add a new dimension under properties, Misc, Annotative, they are by default selected to yes and the text is huge but when select No they change to the size i have selected in properties. Is there a way i can change this by default to be selected as No or is there a better way of doing this?
