Hello, this problem reported by DraftSight Enterprise user.

When he launch the draftsight 2019 x64 SP3.0, security alert window also appear.

Message in the first image means following :

We cannot verify that this website is trusted or that this connection is not defective.

(Check icon) Security certification was published by reliable certified center.

(Alert icon) Security certification has expired or not available yet.

(Check icon) Security certification has same and right name with page what you tried to see.

(Check icon) Security certification is using powerful signature.

Continue?

And check certification, I could find expired date. 

User do not want this message. How could it fix?
