Searching the forum yields posts dating back 2010 or 2011 on my problem, but I can't seem to get it to work in v1R5. win64.

When I set dimension text to be 3/8" high in model space, I would like to to be 3/8" high also in the viewport on my sheet, that is showing the model at a scale of 1:12. 

In other words, I would like to either not scale the text, or equivalently, scale the whole model then scale the text 12:1 to get back to its original size. 

Seems like "scale dimension to sheet" should do this?
