Hello All,

I am having an issue with my draft sight application. I have been using draftsight for a little more then 1 year. I recently wanted to try draftsight professional so that I can use batch printing. After upgrading to professional Open and Save As have not been working. I found that open will work if I close all open documents. But save as will not work. A few of the boxes grey out like it is trying to do something but nothing ever happens and I just press escape to cancel. I have tried everything to fix this. I have completly uninstalled several times including scrubbing the registry clean and going back to the basic license. The next step would be reformating my system but I would much rather not do that. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
