I use right-click to 'enter' and repeat last commands. Since my last upgrade, a round tool palette will sometimes pop up on right click, with a number of options for commands or repeating last, enter, etc. You cannot get rid of it until selecting a tool or menu item. I can find no reference to it in the options.

What is the name of this palette and how can I turn it OFF !
