I have come across alot of documents, where the floor plan on model page is drawn so that it is slightly rotated, but then on the printing page the viewport shows the floor plan completely horizontal. How can this be achieved? 

Also, bonus question: Can clipped viewports somehow be re-edited? E.g. making wider or taller.
