I don't get on well with 'fast enter' behaviour, and to be honest have never needed it under AutoCAD. The mouse option menus (as provided below) could benefit from an additional line:

Options -> Mouse Options -> Currently processing command...

Right clicking when a command is in progress:

*Displays the Shortcut menu

*Displays the shortcut menu if command options are available

*Is the same as pressing enter

   Additional line:

*Shortcut Menu if command option available, else same as pressing enter.

Currently I need to force the menu to pop up for extend and trim (and there may be some more) to select enter.

Fast enter behaviour doesn't work for me as I'm generally a bit quick on the menus.

I'm aware this is probably quite a lot of work for little return, but 'don't ask - don't get' and today I'm feeling selfish. The software is still fantastic and extremely usable without this feature.
