I am having problems with my right click enter function all off a sudden.  For instance if I wanted to rotate an object I would type "RO" for rotate then right click to enter that function and then select the object.  I was then able to hit right click again to move onto the next step of the command(select base point) but now the right click enter is not working for the second part of the command.  Now if I change "enter" to Shift+right click every thing works but the just plain right click+enter does nothing.   This is happening for every command not just rotate and I have tried changing every option for the mouse commands that I can find and still no luck.

If anyone has any Ideas on what is going wrong that would be great.  I am also using version V1R2.1
