Resulting output files from PDF export shows features not present in Draftsight Model or Layout

Hello, I am having issues with the appearance of the resulting PDFs when converting from drawings in Draftsight.

The drawings I am working with are clipped from a drawing of a geographical area with many layers that I did not create. The layers I believe have not posed as the issue. Many of the features I created as well as the features already present in the drawing have been either hatched or filled in with color. There is a key in each drawing, also, with a few imported images.

After completing the finished product of each drawing in draftsight and adding my own features to the clipped area, I used the PDF export command and specified the paper size as desired, 17 x 11 inches, in the PDF export window. Additionally, I chose Layout1 for the sheet and in options I checked the boxes for "Use layers in PDF file" and "Custom Bitmap Resolution" with resolution set to the maximum, DPI: 600. For TrueType fonts, I chose embedded and checked the box for optimized. Once I specified the name and folder location for each drawing, each PDF was crated without issue. When I went to open each PDF the appearance was not at all desired. Certain features were not colored in completely and the PDF seemed to keep a recollection of some of the transformations and movements made of features in the drawing. Interestingly, I opened up one of the PDFs in Adobe Illustrator and when selecting each feature, while isolated, appeared as it did in the Draftsight drawing, though, when unselected, it became clear that something was blocking each feature from appearing as it should.

I have tried different options in the PDF export command and even tried various online methods of exporting the drawings into a PDF and the same output keeps occurring. I have included a couple examples of the drawing files and PDFs. I would like to know what I need to do to solve this issue or what I am doing wrong in the PDF exporting process.
