How do I restore the default tool bars at the top of a drawing page? All the active tool bars are only in the Tool Matrix on the left side of the page. Uninstalling and reinstalling DraftSight made no difference.

I have DraftSight installed on a new, 2013 2.7 GHz I-mac running OS 10.8.3
