Downloaded and installed latest version 2015 SP1.

now the last command wants to always repeat no matter what command I issue.

Lets say I just used the line tool and drew a couple of intersecting lines.  now i want to fillet the two lines and issue the shortcut command TR at command line.  Instead of starting the trim command it repeats the line command.  

I have to esc several times before I can enter a command .  What controls this behavior?
