i have renewed my Draftsight but I keep getting an error saying. Activation transaction failed: Activation count exceeded. Deactivate a license from another computer and retry" I'm using the same computer and I don't have it installed on any other one. I also cant deactivate the computer I'm using because I cant open Draftsight. 

i have email Draftsight but have not heard back from them.
