Hi.  Recently I try the professional trial.  After expiration of trial period I am trying to install again free version but the program do not launch.  It detect a professional version and ask me the the license number, when I select free it install, but never launch the software.  Is there a removal tool for uninstall the software and did not detect a previous installation?  Thanks for you help.
