I am trying to reload the software to overcome a problem.  But now, I can't open the program because I can't get past the Registration process.  I put my information in just as I have many times in the past but once I hit the button for register, it just goes away and Draftsight will NOT open.  Tried with both my Mac and PC; with two different email addresses.  Same problem.  Is there some way to RESET my information?  Mike
