I am also one of the many people experiencing the mysterious disappearing reference  image. When i first attach the image all is good but as soon as you pan or zoom It just turns to a solid color.....please help. I have done a fair amount of research on this and everyone points to updating the graphics driver. Mine says it is the most current and I still have the issue.  I am on windows 7 professional 64 bit with a Intel (R) HD graphics family driver. I also have the latest draftsight 2015 sp3. I have another machine that is also 64 bit but has a Nvidia GE Force GT 610 driver which works fine. Please help me...its driving me crazy as I use this feature a lot.
