This post includes support information, where to download the DraftSight software, and the location of product documentation, including a list of FAQs. DraftSight 2020 is the current available version.
The purpose of this community is to enable DraftSight users to interact with and help each other. This community is open to the public, and participants can share knowledge, submit questions, and help other users by providing answers to questions posted by other members. The DraftSight Technical Support team actively moderates the community, shares best practices, and provides answers where necessary.
Please note that the members of DraftSight support in this community are identifiable by the presence of the DraftSight logo before their names like you can see my name above.
To obtain assistance if you experience problems with installing the DraftSight software or with license activation:
- Customers of the DraftSight Enterprise or Enterprise Plus versions, please contact the reseller from whom you purchased the software.
- Customers of the DraftSight Standard, Professional, or Premium versions, please send a message to the appropriate DraftSight support email account. (DraftSight.Standard.Online@3ds.com , DraftSight.Professional.Online@3ds.com , DraftSight.Premium.Online@3ds.com)
For the best possible community experience, here are some general notes:
- Never share your Serial Number when posting questions for the community.
- DraftSight 2020 is the currently available product version. You can download the software from this website. All product versions share the same download.
- Online customers of the DraftSight Standard, Professional, and Premium versions are entitled to receive support from DraftSight Technical Support ONLY for installation and activation issues. To request assistance for these issues, send a message to the email address that appears on your purchase receipt. Please post “How do I” questions in this community.
- Customers of the DraftSight Enterprise and Enterprise Plus versions are entitled to receive FULL support (installation, activation, and functionalities) from the reseller who sold them the software. They can also post their questions in this community.
- The wiki page of this community and the DraftSight website (www.draftsight.com) both provide useful documentation about the installation and configuration of the software. A getting started guide is also available. You can also access this documentation from the following links:
