For about some months I use DraftSight 2017 free edition on my Windows 7 laptop. Registration and activation wasn't a problem at that time. Now, suddenly, I cannot open DWG-files anymore with Draftsight. It says: you need to periodically reactivate to continue using it. Clicking the box away doesn't help. Filling in the form again and clicking on 'activate' doesn't help either. I just don't get any e-mail with an activation link. Also not in spam. And also not when I try my personal e-mail. I have the same user account as at the time I installed Draftsight.

What is the solution?
