This is not a question, but a part of solution of the problems I had with reactivation : the window of reactivation was frozen after clicking on the button of the way I was using DS and clicking on re-actvate. I wasn't able to enter any email adress to go on with the process.

By reading all the post on this subject, I tried this way to resolve the trouble, with success :

• first, add DS.exe in the firewall an antivirus as an authorised application (don't know if it's very essential ?)
• secondly, Re-boot window with no error launching (F8 while booting)  and network on
• launch DS and click on reactivate now : It has work for me !
• end : close windows and re-launch it normally. DS has been reactivate : at last !
