I reactivated my yearly subscription on the 20th of June, I bought a Mac so moved to a new pc, deactivated on old pc, and try to reactivate on new Mac, it failed and when I emailed the text report for reactivation the reply mail was my serial is for Beta, and not valid, yet I paid for it for the second year in a row, anyone know how I can solve this and get it activated on my new pc, PS: can't reactivate on both old or new pc. thanks
